What is Cub Scouting?
Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first through fifth grade or 6-10 years of age. Cub Scouts do fun activities with other kids organized by the Den or Pack. They wear a cool uniform and earn badges and other awards. We go on train trips, go to day and over-night camps, and go to sporting events and other fun places. We build and race rockets and pinewood derby cars. We go on canoe trips, explore caves, and go swimming, fishing, bowling, skating, biking, hiking, and picnicking.
When and Where We Meet
Cub Scout Pack 674 is made up of dens with boys of similar age. These dens typically meet twice a month in the classrooms at The United Methodist Church of the Shepherd on Old Hwy 94. The Pack meets together on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 in the church’s celebration room.
